The books

Three books. Thirty-eight questions. One axiom.

The walk is built from three books of The 420 Code. All three are free on the420code.org: the original, the short edition, and a film for every chapter. The original is the source. The short edition keeps only the argument. The walk keeps the argument and teaches it.

Each chapter below links to its short edition, its film, and the step on this site that carries it.

Ø Dissolutions

Twelve classical problems, structurally dissolved.

Twelve of philosophy’s oldest questions. Nine are dissolved: the question assumed something the axiom does not produce, usually a gap between two things that were never two. One is relocated: the question was real but asked from a place nobody can stand. Two are closed: the question was right, and the axiom supplies what the tradition lacked. The Axiom comes first.

Ø Resolutions

Thirteen further problems.

Thirteen problems whose hold on the tradition has been longer, or more tangled with science. Information, mathematics, laws, causation, motion, persistence, possibility, choice, life, other minds, death, suffering. The first book showed the gaps that were not real. This one shows the transitions that are real but were misread as gaps.

Ø Horizons

Thirteen domains of lived and cosmic life.

The closing book. Beauty, music, play, story, language, sleep, animals, transcendence, the expanding cosmos, the multiverse, the end of the world, the sacred, and a world aligned with the axiom. Eleven chapters project what the earlier books derived onto a part of life. The last two close the personal interior and the civilisational one.
